Yes, of course! Get clicking on the “Add to Favourites” link on each product and it will get added to your wishlist. You can always login and visit it later, share the list with your friends and buy the designs you love.

Unlike mass produced products, designer products are produced in small quantities. It is likely that the product goes out of stock for a short period of time but it may returns back. You can add out of stock products to your wishlist and we will inform you as soon as they return back in stock.

Since we ship worldwide, we accept all the currencies! As per your geographic location, our happy currency robots get to work and show you the prices in the most appropriate currency.

The prices of all the products are inclusive of all applicable taxes in India. You don’t need to pay anything extra than the price mentioned for the product.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance, import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The timelines on the product page and order confirmation are an indication of average time required. Incase of international shipments there might be delay due to Customs clearance, etc which are not in our control.

ARTychoke accepts all VISA, Mastercard & American Express credit cards from across the globe. You can also pay via PayPal, debit card, net banking, bank transfer and cash on delivery (only in India).

Yes, ARTychoke supports the COD payment method in specific areas of India. Just feed in your pin-code & to check whether COD facility is available to you. If it is, you can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For most products, delivery within India would usually take 7-15 working days for your order to be shipped. For international orders, it would take 15-30 working days. However, this may vary from product to product, as some are made on order or require customisation. For exact shipping time, please refer to the shipping and returns section of each product.

Yes, all transactions worth Rs 2000 and above have free shipping within India. Transactions of Rs 1999 or lower will incur a very small convenience charge of Rs 199. Please check the ‘Shipping & Returns’ section of each product to get more details.

We ship all over the world! Design needs no man-made physical boundaries to be appreciated. Thus we will deliver the products of your choice, wherever you are. Most of our products are available for international shipping. The rate for international shipping is calculated at the time of Checkout, based on your delivery address.

ARTychoke is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same. Similarly, you will also be informed on whether or not the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option is available in your respective area.

We have partnered with various courier services for the shipment of products across India and abroad. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.

Each product has its own delivery duration. Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline. However we try and send maximum products from your order in one shipment.

  • You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies however we are not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at [email protected] mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by signing in and viewing your order section. If your delivery has not arrived, please contact us at +91 965001500 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m IST from Monday to Friday or mail us at [email protected].
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

ORDER TRACKING

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from ARTychoke. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.

You can login and click on the top right corner of ARTychoke’s website where your name appears to go to your “Profile”. Click on the “My Orders” section to view all your orders and their current status.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Though the ARTYchoke website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 9650015000 at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as ARTychoke Credits. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the designer/s have initiated the process of producing/ shipping your order.

Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms as mentioned in cancellation of orders. However, Our Customer Care would also be happy to help you if you want to update your shipping address. Remember to contact our Customer Care at the earliest for such instances. In case the order has been dispatched, then you would have to pay a nominal convenience fee of Rs 199.

Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will be in the form of ARTychoke Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 30 days.

RETURNS POLICY

When you shop with ARTychoke, it’s our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience. Keeping this in mind, our Returns Policy is also safe, easy and transparent.

You can return a product in the following two scenarios:

If the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state, possibly in transit, please contact us on +91 9650015000 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m IST from Monday to Friday and email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to [email protected] to initiate a replacement of the product.

In an unlikely event, where the product that is delivered to you differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, colour or quantity from what had been ordered by you, we would be happy rectify the error, if possible.

If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above-mentioned ones, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 24 hours from the receipt of delivery. The authorisation to approve a return would be at the discretion of ARTychoke. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, you shall be provided with a replaced product. You can in no instance receive a refund or store credit for returned products.

Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:

1. Products Made to Order or customised as per your size. Products personalised as per your requirement.

2. Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.

3. Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information.

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade ARTychoke put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep into account minor variations considering the manufacturing process. ARTychoke allows users, who comply with it’s policies to buy goods within a fixed-price format. The buyer acknowledges this risk while she/he agrees to this terms and conditions.

No refunds are applicable for returns. You shall be provided with a replaced product, if the product is not available, we will issue a merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. ARTychoke will offer you credits in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

  • The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with ARTychoke Quality Assurance Team.
  • The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  • The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
  • PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  • If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is 30 days from the date of issue). Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.
  • To return an item, we will arrange to pick the parcel from the given address. If the service is not available in your area, please arrange for a return via a trusted courier service of your choice.
  • Due to logistical constraints, if we are unable to collect a return, and you’ve arranged for the same, you would be reimbursed your shipping costs (maximum Rs. 100), after an approval from ARTychoke management.
  • No refunds are applicable for returns. You shall be provided with a replaced product, if the product is not available, we will issue a merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. ARTychoke will offer you credits in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.. A refund is applicable only under the sole discretion of ARTychoke. All refunds would be through a NEFT transfer/Cheque deposit in your Bank Account and no Cash payments will be made in lieu of the same.
    Also, in this case, please let us know the Tracking No. (i.e., AWB Delivery Confirmation), as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.

PRIVACY POLICY

To maintain your right to privacy while shopping with us is one of our biggest priorities. We, thus, only ask for the most necessary information that is required for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding its status. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing address. Apart from the ARTychoke team, this information is only shared with our associated courier partner that will be delivering your ordered items. Please be assured that ARTychoke does not store your credit / debit card or online bank account information.

Please note that ARTychoke reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at anytime.

ARTychoke only stores information that is uploaded by you during the registration process, along with shared comments, conversations and interactions with other members on the website. No information such as credit / debit card details or online back account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100 percent secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.

The ARTychoke Bulk Order Programme is granted to interior designers, architects, developers, builders, the hospitality industry, and wholesale customers only. Validation will be based on the confirmation call.
